Lead time and Tracking

      Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

Shipping fee

• Shipping costs vary depending on product weight and can be confirmed at checkout.
• Purchases over 20kg are not allowed for international orders. (If you'd like to purchase separately, please contact customer service.)

Shipping and Taxes

• The prices of all products do not include taxes and customs duties, and additional costs may be incurred depending on the tax policies of each country.
• The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
• Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
• In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be reshipped.
• If the recipient's shipping details are missing or incorrect, or if the recipient cannot be reached, the package will be returned to Korea and will not be re-delivered.
• If the package is returned to Korea for the above reasons, the relevant costs (round-trip shipping fees, customs duties, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.
